Host your next meeting or event at the Merchantville Community Center! The Merchantville Community Center, once the Merchantville Country Club, now stands as a community hall available to rent for events and club meetings. The grand Tudor style home offers two levels, a newly installed deck overlooking the park, hardwood floors and a kitchen. Tables and chairs are available for use as well as a bar area that includes a large fridge, sink and ice machine.

Monday through Thursday Rentals

The cost is $25.00 per hour and $150.00 security deposit, plus any cost for insurance for alcoholic beverages (beer & wine only).
Meetings are $45.00. Lessons are $25.00 per hour, if a fee is being charged;


Friday, Saturday and Sunday Rentals

The cost is $600.00 for a 5 hour rental plus 1 hour before for setup and 1 hour after for cleanup (total of a 7 hour time block) and $150.00 security deposit, plus any cost for insurance for alcoholic beverages (beer & wine only).
However, residents may rent the community center one time during the calendar year for $300.00 and $150.00 security deposit, plus any cost for insurance for alcoholic beverages (beer & wine only).


Additional Fees

There will be a $60.00 set up/clean up fee for all rentals.

There is a $75.00 additional charge per hour, over the time allowed as per contract.
