Borough Beautiful Parade

Merchantville’s turning 150 years young! Celebrate the Borough Beautiful and all its history May 18, 2024 with a sesquicentennial parade through town. Marching bands, floats, mummers, dance troupes and more lead the caravan through Merchantville’s downtown to mark the momentous occasion. Dinner en Blue Under the Stars

May 18, 2024 6:30pm

A soirée fit for the founders takes center stage on E. Chestnut Ave. Tables and chairs provided, pick up a meal from your favorite Merchantville eateries or bring your own delicious plates. Have fun with it! Bring all you need to create a tablescape to share with friends as you dine under the stars. Plates, table covers, utensils, centerpieces, battery powered candles*…it’s all up to you! Prizes for the best table décor. Enjoy live music and entertainment under the stars at this once in a sesquicentennial affair.  Tickets required, $35 each, $60 per couple. 21 and over.

150th Birthday in the Park

May 19, 2024 12pm-4pm

We’re celebrating Merchantville’s big day in a big way! Bring the family for an old-fashioned Merchantville birthday party! Enjoy a picnic in the park, relay races, pie eating contests and other fun games.

Bring a blanket or chairs and we’ll provide the snacks! Sign up for kickball with Merchantville’s police and fire departments and take a swing at the dunk tank.
